Career guidance in most institutions depends on a counsellor’s availability. That works for a handful of students. It breaks down at scale. Students making decisions about degree paths and first careers were choosing based on assumptions, family pressure, or whatever happened to be in front of them not structured insight.
The client needed a platform that could run the same quality of assessment for every student, regardless of how many students were on the platform at once and turn the results into a recommendation a student could actually act on.
What We Built
Personality assessment engine
A structured behavioural questionnaire covering personality traits, communication style, decision-making preferences, and professional interests. Multi-language from day one.
AI-powered career matching
A recommendation engine that scores each completed assessment against a library of career paths and academic options, ranks compatibility, and surfaces the strongest matches with reasoning.
Personalised report generation
Every completed assessment produces a downloadable report covering trait scoring, career compatibility percentages, strengths and development areas, and concrete next steps.
Institution Dashboard
Role-based access for students, counsellors, and administrators. Each sees exactly what they need. Assessment history, reports, and progress stored in one place.
The Result
The platform delivers structured, data-driven career guidance to any number of students simultaneously at the same standard for the first user and the ten-thousandth. Institutions replaced a counsellor-calendar dependency with a system that scales without adding headcount. Students leave with a report they can bring into any counselling session or act on independently.
