What it is
A structured one to two week paid assessment. We review the platform, requirements, constraints, and business objectives. At the end you have a written technical assessment, a prioritised set of recommendations, and a fixed commercial proposal for any subsequent work. Nothing is left vague.

For engagements where scope is defined and outcomes are clear. We agree the full scope, timeline, and total price before any work starts. Delivery proceeds in defined milestones each with a deliverable, a sign-off, and a payment trigger. Senior engineering oversight is present throughout, not just at the start.

What it is
Flexible engineering capacity billed on hours delivered — weekly or monthly. You direct the work. Our engineers deliver it. Hours are tracked transparently and reported every week. You are in control of pace and scope throughout.
Time & Material is the most flexible model we offer. It suits companies with evolving requirements, ongoing platform development, or a need for specific technical skills for a defined period without the overhead of a formal project structure.
